There are two restaurants at Seaham Hall which offer very different dining experiences for guests to enjoy. Byron's Bar & Grill is a chic restaurant in a lavish environment with a menu that changes daily. The Ozone is a relaxed informal brasserie-style Pan-Asian restaurant with a theatrical open kitchen.
